Our ServicesEvery service we provide starts with the person, not a checklist. Grounded in a person-centered, individualized support plan, our care is thoughtfully shaped around each resident’s assessed needs, strengths, and goals — so every person feels seen, valued, and loved for exactly who they are.
What We Provide
-
Around-the-clock, person-centered support tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, choices, and goals.
-
Compassionate, hands-on help with daily routines — bathing, dressing, mobility, and more — delivered with dignity and care, in a way that fits each resident’s assessed needs and individual support plan.
-
Trained staff provide medication support in accordance with each individual’s needs, prescribed orders, and individual support plan.
-
Person-centered behavioral supports encourage positive outcomes, emotional well-being, personal choice, and greater independence.
-
We support individuals in building everyday life skills, pursuing personal interests, and participating meaningfully in the community.
-
Individualized support promotes health, safety, well-being, independence, and progress toward each person’s goals.
Every person is unique, and so is the support we provide. At Garden of Lights, services are thoroughly tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, strengths, and goals. We work in partnership with individuals, families, and their support teams to create meaningful opportunities for independence, choice, belonging, and a fulfilling life. Eligibility and residential services are coordinated through Oregon’s Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) and the individual’s service planning process.
